With over 30 years of experience in system consulting and technology development, Mr. Chen is currently the Managing Consultant of Retail Solutions Limited and the Chief Technology Officer of Mondevert Limited. Since 2012, Mr. Chan has been elected as the vice-chairman of the Hong Kong Retail Technology Chamber of Commerce for 10 years.
Mr. Chan specializes in the development and implementation of retail management systems, e-commerce and payment systems, payment terminals and payment infrastructure. His clients are mostly large enterprises and international brands.
Successful cases include e-commerce websites of the University of Hong Kong, AEON Department Store mobile APP, the Peninsula Hotel. Group payment terminal project, Lane Crawford e-commerce website, Eslite Bookstore POS system and mobile APP marketing platform, etc.
Mr. Michael Wang
Michael is a Risk Architect at CreditLink and is responsible for the development of our Credit Risk Assessment System (CRAM).
He has acquired a unique combination of professional skills from both the banking and insurance tracks during a career spanning more than 20 years. He has over 5 years of credit risk insurance experience, including over 4 years as a senior underwriter in credit insurance at QBE Insurance.
He also has more than 15 years of experience in trade finance, including more than 10 years as a senior trade finance product manager in large Chinese and foreign commercial banks.
His product development experience spans the full range of trade finance and extends to derivatives trading in capital markets, from traditional products to innovative portfolios.
He holds an MBA from Auckland Business School in New Zealand.

Dr. Jordan Deng
Jordan has over 35 years of experience in the areas of risk management, investment, corporate finance, and trade finance. He has six years of experience in investment management in HK and China, six years of investment banking in Wall Street, and 19 years of Asia regional management in credit insurance, political risk insurance and surety.
Profound knowledge and experience in insurable and bankable solutions for corporate suppliers and buyers, banks, factoring houses, project management companies, for all terms of payment.
Jordan earned his Bachelor of Law from Fudan University, China, MA from George Washington University and Ph.D. from Penn State University, USA.
Dr. Hei Wong
Dr. Wong has more than 35 years of experience in insurance and business development. He is the founding president and the 1st & 2nd President of the Hong Kong Branch of the Australia New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF).
He has assisted in the successful expansion of ANZIIF's Insurance Practitioner Certification training and examinations in the Asia Pacific region. He has also successfully assisted New World Insurance Group to expand a number of development projects in the Mainland and Southeast Asia.
He founded Nova Risk Services Holdings Ltd. including Nova Insurance Consultants Co., Ltd. and Beijing Nova Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd.
At the same time, he also founded BrokersLink, an insurance brokerage alliance of more than 10,000 insurance professionals covering more than 100 countries and regions.
